Question by bert f: ITIL (Information Technology Infrastrucutre Library) Incident vs change management?
Where do you place a ?hotfix?? A hotfix is generated from an incident that needs to be resolved asap. Do you place it under change mngt and hence let the change manager decide or do you let the incident manager drive and have the input of the change manager? In addition, do you might know some good links where i can find info to support this? Thx in adv.
