Where To Locate Jamaica Residential Real Estate Agents

The purchase of a house, for that vast majority of people, may be the single greatest monetary choice made in their lives. Obviously, then, it becomes evident that the assortment of a actual estate factor is really a severe consideration which should not be taken lightly. But what elements should be considered in the selection of real estate agents Jamaica?

Reputation

Not all real estate agents are the exact same. Some real estate brokers have a reputation for becoming hard to function with. For example, an agent that is pushy, argumentative, unprofessional, is late for appointments, or misses deadlines can frustrate the purchasing process. A real estate agent ought to have a status for obtaining along nicely with all parties to a transaction, buyers and sellers included. An factor that takes a lawyer-like approach of zealous advocacy for 1 side inside a real estate transaction trigger another side to walk away from the offer. Communication and ?people? abilities are important, as well as diplomacy and tact within the event a difficult scenario should arise. And obviously, honesty is tantamount.

Communication abilities involve a lot more than just communicating information ? actually, the major test of effective communication abilities is the ability to listen. An agent should listen to your needs, consider them, after which use that info to guide you to the neighborhood and home that is ideal for you personally.

Ascertaining the status of a real estate agent requires some detective function. It is wise to ask for references, on each sides with the transaction. Ask about difficulties that occurred during the procedure, and how they had been handled. Talking to each buyers and sellers about their experience in working with a specific factor can provide insight regarding how you are able to anticipate your actual estate experience to unfold.

Geographical Area of Expertise

It is important as well to make sure you are working having a real estate agent who is a ?local specialist?. For instance, Kingston Jamaica real estate agents is going to be more familiar with local promoting practices. For example, property transfer taxes vary by locale, as do the party responsible for paying them. In some locations, there may be various customs for that division of city and county property transfer taxes. You want to be certain which you are working with an agent familiar in local custom so regarding avoid paying unnecessary costs.

One concept would be to canvass the neighborhoods by which you are considering buying. Should you see lots of yard signs for a specific factor in individuals neighborhoods, it is a good bet that the factor is a nearby specialist.

A local expert will also have the ability to supply you information on schools, recreation, churches and synagogues, shopping and entertainment choices in the region.

How you can Choose a Real Estate Factor

Word of mouth is usually the best and most dependable supply of information concerning any particular real estate agent. This type of information is dependable in that it has not been ?spun? by the agent and the source with the information has no particular motivation one way or the other, except to relate his or her experiences.

Be sure to interview more than one factor. Prior to conducting an agent interview, make a record of products which are essential to you. These items may consist of proximity to freeways or commuter rail lines, style of house, age of house, proximity to colleges, nearby tax rates, or any other number of products which might or may not be ?deal breakers? in your mind. Furthermore, you may be interested to find out regardless of whether or not the actual estate factor has support staff which will help within the handling of various factors of transactions. Furthermore, producing a record of these priorities will assist your agent in discovering an ideal house for the loved ones.

Ask the real estate agent you are thinking about for referrals to other actual estate agents for you personally to interview. An factor that is secure in his or her high quality of service and reputation will have no hesitation to provide you using the names of competing brokers for you to consider. An agent that provides this info for you is most likely an factor with whom you?d want to do business.

Other factors to think about are regardless of whether or not actual estate may be the agent?s complete time career, the number of many years of experience the real estate agent has, and any actual estate designations possessed through the factor. If you want to invest in properties in Montego Bay, then you ought to investigation for the real estate agents in St James Jamaica.

Third World America by Arianna Huffington, Current Affairs Book ...

Arianna Huffington, founder and editor-in-chief of the Huffington Post, the sixth most popular online news source, details the state of the nation?s middle class. Her new book is entitled, ?Third World America: How our Politicians are Abandoning the Middle Class and Betraying the American Dream.? Read her perspective and see if you agree.

Third World America presents in five sections, where Chapter one echoes the book?s title. It?s replete with stories and statistics highlighting the decline of America?s middle class. How do you define ?middle class?? It resorts to self-definition says Huffington. ?If you consider yourself middle class, you are middle class.?

The nation?s vanishing industrial base, eroding educational system and decaying infrastructure, are decline contributors; as is high unemployment, where one in six Americans is either out of work or underemployed. Meet Dean B., who, at age 35, was laid off from his IT job in February 2009 and is still jobless. Kimberly B. sold her wedding ring on Craigslist to pay her family?s utility bills.

Huffington further explores the plight of the middle class, citing fear as a predominant emotion. Obliterated 401(k) s, dwindling pensions, prolific foreclosures, and hints of future Social Security collapse; feed the anxieties. many now believe that achieving middle class is luck of the draw, not unlike a prize on a scratch-off lottery ticket.

America?s infrastructure is unraveling, Huffington declares, with insufficient remedial state and federal funding. Highways, electrical grids, waterways, railroads, and bridges, are a few of the casualties. some water pipes, originally laid during the Civil War, are perilously operating.

Think August 2007, when the Interstate 35W steel truss bridge over the Mississippi River, in downtown Minneapolis collapsed; killing 13 people and injuring 145. Previous patchwork repairs proved insufficient.

The nation?s school system is anemic, where the US ranks twenty-fifth in math and twenty-first in science among thirty developed countries; as ranked by the Organization of Economic Co-operation and Development. in 2009, America?s broadband connection ranked fifteenth among industrialized countries.

Middle class America?s downslide has been decades in the making. in the late 1980s, technology, outsourcing, and the loss of manufacturing jobs initiated a sputtering middle class economy with stagnant wages.

Ronald Regan?s election saw the proliferation of free market beliefs: less governmental intervention could best determine society?s winners and losers. Regan also ushered in the era of great divide between wealthy Americans and the middle class; which continues today.

Huffington says that an unregulated free market is sooner or later corrupted by fraud and excess. Witness the bank bailouts and Wall Street debacle of 2008.

American politics is broken, as powerful lobbyists and corporate America rule Washington. in 2010, three examples of regulatory failures due to corporate coddling, were the explosion at the Upper Branch mine in West Virginia; the BP oil blowout in the Gulf of Mexico; and the ongoing aftershock of the financial collapse, including fraud charges against Goldman Sachs. the voice of the middle class is but an echo in the Capitol chambers.

Huffington writes animated analogies to make her points. When discussing influential lobbyists, she says, ?And like a swarm of termites reducing a house to sawdust, moneyed interests and their lobbyists are making a meal out of the foundations of our democracy.?

Each chapter concludes with a profile of a once successful middle class American, who is now economically struggling. their stories offer gems of twenty-first century insight, including ?Stability is long gone, so you better be doing something you love!?

Third World America?s title is extreme, Huffington admits, used to emphasize our nation?s possible future, without serious reform. She concludes optimistically, that our descent into a third World nation ?isn?t a done deal.?

Americans are known for being positive, forward-looking people with a can-do attitude. stopping the descent to a third World nation won?t be easy. It will take daring initiatives from the private and public sectors and personal responsibility. Now, more than ever, we must mine the most underutilized leadership resource available to us: ourselves. We?ll still need the raw power that only big government and appropriations can deliver.

Ultimately, change happens on a local and personal level. Today it?s up to us to help each other and ourselves. She advocates breaking up with your big bank. Executives took the governmental bailout, paid themselves record bonuses; yet are unsympathetic to those Americans facing foreclosure. Work instead with community banks and credit unions. the greatest antidote to despair is action; and resiliency is key to survive and thrive in the twenty-first century.

Huffington mirrors Robert B. Reich?s message, told in his concurrently released book, Aftershock: the NextEconomy And America?s Future. Reich, former Secretary of Labor in the Clinton administration, also endorses third World America.

One book, presents one voice. Although some will argue Huffington?s perspective, third World America is a thought-provoking read on the present and future state of the nation.

Few sporting rivalries evoke as much passion among fans as The Ashes cricket series between England and Australia does. It is a storied rivalry that goes back nearly 130 years to 1882 when Australia beat England in a Test match at the Oval cricket ground.

The match marked the first time that an Australian cricket team had beaten the British in a Test match on their home soil. The loss provoked bitter lamentations in the local media about the demise of English cricket, especially because the Australian team had also won four out of seven preliminary games in the run-up to the Test match at the Oval.

British newspaper, The Sporting Times, ran a satirical obituary mourning the death of English cricket and noted how the body would be cremated and the ashes sent to Australia with the returning Aussie team. When England toured Australia in 1882-1883, the English media promptly labelled the series as a quest to regain The Ashes, and a legend was born.

During the tour of 1882-1883, an Australian lady named Annie Fletcher from a suburb of Sydney presented visiting English captain Francis Bligh with a velvet bag for storing the imaginary Ashes of English cricket and for taking it back to England after the series.

Later during the same tour, a group of women from Melbourne who saw Fletcher?s bag decided that something grander was needed. So, they presented Bligh with a fancy silver urn containing the ashes of what is believed, to have been either a cricket stump or a cricket ball. The English team won that series and The Ashes were presented to members of the Lords Cricket Ground in England. They were later returned to Bligh who kept it in his possession until his death in 1927.

Following Bligh?s demise, the urn containing The Ashes was gifted by Bligh?s widow to the Marylebone Cricket Club which has kept it on permanent display ever since.

Despite popular perception, the actual urn containing The Ashes has never been presented as an award to the winning team in a cricket series between England and Australia. Winning teams have often held up replicas of the urn. Since 1998-99, a crystal replica of the original urn has been handed to the winner of The Ashes.

Over the decades, The Ashes series has been a source of endless rivalry between cricketing fans from England and Australia. At times it has even led to political tensions between the two nations. In 1932-33 for instance, England?s use of a controversial bowling technique dubbed Bodyline Bowling to rein in Australian batting prodigy Donald Bradman, required high-level diplomatic meetings between the two nations to resolve. That series prompted a change in cricket laws to ban Bodyline tactics.

The Ashes series today is played every two years with both countries hosting it on an alternating basis.

As of 2009, a total of 65 Ashes Test series representing a total of 305 individual Test matches have been played between England and Australia. Out of this, the Aussies have won 31 of the Series while the English have won 29. A total of 5 Test series were drawn.

Both sides have tended to do better when playing in their own countries, with Australia claiming 17 of its 31 series victories at home, while 16 out of England?s 29 series wins have been in England.

The current holder of The Ashes is England which won the last series 2-1 with two of the test matches being drawn. The next Ashes series is scheduled to begin on November 25.

Thunder Storms, Bad Color and Lesbian Haircuts ? Catscratch Diva

Well, after all the build? not a damn thing noteworthy happened at work today.

Not one phone call? but I?m sure the voicemail is jam packed with griping bitchery.? There was a helluva storm in the greater metro area last night and it appears Comcast can?t get it together fast enough to get everything up and running again.?

Phones by Comcast.? Internetz by Comcast.? So, I had a very productive day today not having to listen to people on the phone telling me why their homeowners dues are late and how they mailed their payment already and it must be lost somewhere since the post office just doesn?t give a crap and how the damn lawn care people haven?t come and trimmed their already well manicured shrubbery??? So, tomorrow will be a scary day in management land, but today? today was pretty good.

Anyway, over the last weekend, I went to the beauty supply place and got a gallon of bleach and went to town doing my roots since? God didn?t see fit to let my hair stay as blonde as it was when I was a young?n.?? I?ve been doing this routine for years.? Color and trim my own hair.? And for years and years, I was actually good at it.

Until this time.

First, I left the toxic goo on my mop way too long and frizzled the ends of it. So, it needed to be trimmed.? So, I got the scissors and started to trim it.? All was going well.? Dead ends were flyin.?

Then it happened?. I slipped.?

No, not just a little gap.? A full two inches of my fried locks fell to the floor.? I stood there and tried to objectively assess the damage.? But, there was no salvaging it.? It had to be chopped off.

During this few minutes, I saw the last two years of growing this mess out, flash before my eyes.? Two years of babying, pampering, trimming? all gone with one bad pass of the scissors. Dayum.

Now, I was starting to feel my neck turn red and my pulse in my neck was busting.?? I think I even felt my eye twitch.

As it turned out, I had to cut the sides so short (the back has always stayed short) that I look either like a really old lady with bad color or a short lesbian.? I?m still trying to determine which?? Now, don?t get me wrong, I have no qualms with any chick that digs the girl on girl relationship.? I have lesbian family members and a variety of gay friends? so I?m totally not knocking anybody.

My problem with the lesbian scenario is that the cut isn?t saying?I?m not a cute little lipstick lesbian.? I don?t have cutsie poo poo Barbie hair anymore.? Rather, due to the two toned stark contrast in color, I look butch.? Big T has taken to calling me Butch as a pet name.? He thinks all of this is freakin hilarious.?

My boss, texted her gay hairdresser and begged him for an appointment.? She told him she couldn?t take it anymore.? She told him she stops in front of my office and laughs.? Cold. Cold. Cold.

So, you see why I?m so upset over this whole hair thing.

Anyway, the hairdresser texts her back and I?m supposed to have my butt in his chair, on the clock, paid for by the company as a bonus treat.? I suppose that could be considered silver lining? bonus hair cut and color done by a gay guy.? If you?ve never had your locks fondled by a gay hairdresser, let me tell ya something? you have no idea what you?re missing.

Hopefully, this will solve all of my hair-do-don?ts.

Defining the Best Strategy in Building Customer Relationship

As a business owner, you need to understand that customers are important asset of business. Give them the best customer service to keep coming back.

As a business owner, you need to understand that your customers are the most important asset of your business. You need to make give them the best customer service so they will keep coming back. If you what to achieve continued success in your business, you need to know how to manage relationships.

Remember that your customers are the cornerstone of your business. If you want to get your customers to stay loyal to you, you need to make every dollar you spend in your marketing campaign count. More than anything else, customer retention is important.

So, how do you build customer relationship?

Building relationship does not actually require a lot of investment. In most cases, businesses solidify their company by maintaining loyal customers. They make sure that they provide the best service and support to their customers. Whenever they receive negative comments, they don?t take it personally but instead use them to improve their business and customer service. They collaborate more with customers to know what they need and want. Keep in mind that business is a two-sided relationship so you need to also know what your customers need and not only force into them what you want.

Here are some ways to help build relationships with your customers:

1. Do appreciation marketing. This means knowing how to thank and value your customers. You can do this by sending thank you cards or personally thanking your customers when necessary. Keep in mind that people who feel valued are likely to come back again. The sad truth is not a lot of businesses do this today. Some just assume that people will come back again. What they don?t realize is that it would be much easier to encourage people to come back if you make them feel they you care for them and that they are special to you.

2. Communicate well with your customers. This can as simple as listening to what your customers have to say. Remember that business is a two way relationship. You are not the only one who has the right to talk. Your customers need to talk as well. Communication is indeed an important element in a successful business. Good communication will help you build good relationship with your customers and help them stay loyal to you.

3. Provide rewards. Doing this will help make customers get interested in your business. Loyalty programs will make it easy for them to stay loyal to your business. This is like a way of saying thank you to your customers. Aside from sending thank you card printing, you can provide them rewards as a way of saying appreciation to your customers. In the end, you can get the trust of your customers and let them stay loyal to your business.

4. Be attentive to the needs and complaints of your customers. Don?t disregard what your customers ask or complain. If you immediately address the needs of your customers, it would be easy for them to get close to you. If your customers are unhappy, don?t use the strategic way you deal with problems. Instead, personally attend to their complaints and make them feel that you are following the old mantra that the customer is always right.

Bombs kill 21 at local Iraqi governor's house (Reuters)

BAGHDAD (Reuters) ? At least 21 people were killed on Tuesday when bombs exploded at a checkpoint outside a provincial governor's house in central Iraq, the latest attack targeting a government building, local authorities said.

One suicide bomber blew himself up and at least one car bomb exploded outside the Diwaniya governor's house, 150 km (95 miles) south of Baghdad, as guards changed shifts at the checkpoint. Most of the victims were bodyguards, officials said.

"The initial death toll is 21 killed at a guard's checkpoint," Fadhel Mawat, a spokesman for the provincial council said.

Kareem Isghair, the head of the security committee of Diwaniya Provincial Council, said explosions targeted security personal as they were checking in for morning duty.

A source at a hospital in Diwaniya said at least 22 people had been killed and more than 30 wounded in the attack.

Bombings and killings in Iraq have fallen sharply since the height of sectarian violence in 2006-2007, but a stubborn Sunni Islamist insurgency linked to al-Qaeda and rival Shi'ite militias still carry out daily attacks.

Violence has increasingly targeted local security forces and provincial government officials as U.S. troops prepare to withdraw from the country by a planned year-end deadline more than eight years after the invasion to oust Saddam Hussein.

Diwaniya is a poor, mainly Shi'ite region and several of Iraq's armed groups are active in the area.

Gunmen and suicide bombers a week ago stormed a provincial council building in Baquba in central province of Diyala, killing at least eight people before Iraqi forces retook the building with the help of U.S. troops.

Texas seeks federal help to battle wildfires

STONEHAM, Texas ? State fire officials said Tuesday they are seeking federal help in fighting wildfires that have forced hundreds of residents to evacuate and blackened tens of thousands of acres in forested East Texas.

The Texas Forest Service said a federal management team is needed to help coordinate efforts in Polk and Trinity counties, where a 20,000-acre blaze is burning. Assistance was also sought for a 3,500-acre fire in Jasper County.

Because of a shortage of aviation resources, four National Guard Blackhawk helicopters and two Chinooks have been activated, the forest service said.

The request for federal assistance didn't include a 5,000-acre fire in Grimes County, about 60 miles northwest of Houston. The blaze had already burned about a dozen homes before it jumped containment lines Monday, leading to the evacuation of about 1,800 homes and businesses.

Help could be on the way, though. Rain was in the forecast Tuesday, with light showers falling in parts of the Houston area.

The fire in Polk and Trinity counties was 60 percent contained, and officials were optimistic that weather conditions would help firefighters, said Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman Greg Sanches.

"The humidity is up," Sanches said. "We're just kind of waiting to see what's going to happen."

The East Texas fires are among 22 large blazes the forest service is handling across the drought-stricken state, and they have burned nearly 135,000 acres, according to agency figures.

All but 28 of the state's 254 counties had outdoor burn bans in place Tuesday, and more than 3 million acres have been torched since the Texas wildfire season began in November, the forest service said.

Scarce rain and low humidity have fueled conditions in southeast Texas, where heat is common but the ground in the heavily forested area usually remains moist. Brisk dry winds more associated with West Texas buffeted the area Monday.

At least seven mobile homes were burned in a 150-acre Kendall County fire in Central Texas that also led to mandatory evacuations of a subdivision and a park for recreational vehicles.

In the Texas Panhandle, where wildfires killed a firefighter earlier this year, three firefighters sustained minor injuries battling a blaze south of Amarillo.

Patients given 'high-risk' drugs

PillsThe study found "big differences" in the frequency GPs prescribed high-risk drugs

Thousands of people in Scotland are being prescribed drugs by their GP which could potentially do them harm, according to new research.

The report, from Dundee University, analysed the records of almost 140,000 patients who were at risk of suffering bad reactions to drugs.

They found about one in seven, more than 19,000 people, had been prescribed drugs which could harm them.

The study highlighted "big differences" in how cases were treated by GPs.

High-risk drugs defined by the study included antipsychotic medication for dementia patients.

Prescribing anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen to people with a history of stomach ulcers or kidney problems could also cause serious or fatal side effects, the study said.

Professor Bruce Guthrie, who led the research, said "preventable" adverse reactions to prescribed drugs were a frequent cause of hospital admission and death.

The study looked at data from 315 Scottish GPs with 1.76m registered patients - about a third of all patients across Scotland.

The team found that 139,404 were defined as being at risk of receiving selected high-risk drugs, due to factors such as their age and pre-existing conditions.

Of those at-risk patients, 19,308 had been prescribed at least one high-risk drug in the previous year, researchers said.

"If you take this across the whole of Scotland, approximately 60,000 people particularly vulnerable to side effects might be being prescribed high-risk drugs," the professor said.

"We're not saying that all this type of prescribing should not be happening, but that we have to be satisfied that it's appropriate and ensure that doing so doesn't put the patient at more risk."

"We can't make sweeping statements about people routinely being put at risk because of inappropriate prescribing," he added.

"We would need to know more about the individual circumstances of the patient, but the fact high-risk prescribing varies between practices suggests that there is scope to make prescribing safer."

Mom, tell me about your "first time"

Mom, tell me about your

iStockphoto/prmoeller

I finally had "the sex talk" with my mom on the final day of our family vacation. This isn't a teenage memory; this happened just last week, and I was the one quizzing her about youthful dalliances.

We all joke about the difficulty of the "birds and the bees" conversation, but what's talked about less often is the reverse: adults sitting their parents down and having "the talk." I don't mean showing them how to use a condom (although recent reports suggest seniors could actually use a refresher course on safe sex); I mean asking them about their first sexual memory, losing their virginity, having "the talk" with their parents and so on and so forth. These are the revealing, powerful details that are excluded from parental folklore. Sex gets at the core of a person and it felt to me like an essential part of knowing my mom more fully -- as a person, not just a parent.

My hippie parents were always open to talking about the mind-bending wonders of meaningful, loving sex -- and how it's the "glue" (ew) of marriage -- but I knew little of my mom's sexual and romantic past. I had lots of questions, and her terminal cancer diagnosis a year ago drove home the fact that I might never have them answered. I also know someone whose father passed away before he could ask him some burning sexual questions, namely why his dad's marriage to his mom was largely sexless. Now it will forever be a mystery to him, one that is deeply tied to concerns he has about his own sexual experiences, and it haunts him.

So I knew I had to have "the talk" -- but it was easier said than done. I write about sex virtually every day and my parents read most of what I write -- about everything from orgasmic meditation demonstrations to the rising popularity of anal play among straight men -- but the prospect of asking my mom about her "first time" made me blanch.

Then, last week, I went for a hike with my dad through a forest of lichen-covered oak trees. Afterward, on the twisty mountain drive back home, he started to cry; something I had said, an exclamation over an enchanting patch of moss, had reminded him of my mom, who can no longer walk in nature -- or for any significant distance at all. Before long, I was tearing up too and choked out the words: I have questions for mom, but I'm scared to ask. I sounded more like a preteen than a 27-year-old; I guess sex can do that to you at any age. He privately relayed our conversation to her -- which I knew to expect on some level -- and she approached me later, smiling: You have some questions for me?

That was all it took. We sat there for nearly two hours, talking and, at points, crying. Who was your first boyfriend? When did you lose your virginity? How did you feel about it? What kind of men did you date when you were in your 20s? What was your sex life like before Dad? She matter-of-factly illuminated what had seemed like dark canyons of secrecy. I'll have to keep most of it in the shadows here, because these are her stories, not mine -- but, as an example, I learned that her first sexual experience wasn't something that she at all romanticized. At the time, she felt "glad to get that over with" -- meaning losing her virginity and all of the absurd religious moralizing attached to it. She was rebelling against a strict and old-fashioned father.

That helps explain her relaxed attitude to letting my high school boyfriend, my first love, sleep over (and move in during my senior year, but that's a much longer story). Oh, how the pendulum swings! And yet the apple doesn't fall far from the tree: She explained how in her 20s men reacted to her as an anomaly because she thoroughly enjoyed sex rather than treating it like a chore; she's always felt a bit like a sexual outsider. These are things I'm all too familiar with myself. You see, this sex stuff matters for the same reason we ask our parents anything about their childhood: We like to know where we come from. Often enough, we can see ourselves reflected in their stories -- whether it's nature or nurture or some perplexing combination thereof.

Long before I pulled off this conversational feat, I talked with a friend who had undertaken the same maternal investigation. Much to her surprise, she discovered that her mom had cheated on her father once and never told anyone until that very moment. The rest of what she learned was less shocking, but still fascinating, and humanizing. "The hardest part is asking that first question," she told me at the time with the flushed, wide-eyed fervor of a teenage girl reporting her first sexual encounter to a less experienced friend. "It's all downhill after that, and it's worth it." Now here I am telling you, She was right.

ASUS quietly releases G74 gaming laptop, promptly puts it up for pre-order
We're pretty sure someone out there is snapping up gaming laptops with spray-painted red dragons and speaker grilles that look like belt buckles, but we suspect plenty of you just crave something that isn't going to embarrass you at your next LAN party. Grown-ups, meet the ASUS G74, that buttoned-up fellow you see there. So far, we've found two configurations, both of which include a quad-core Core i7-2630QM CPU, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M graphics with 3GB of video memory, 12GB DDR3 RAM (out of 16GB), dual 750GB 7200RPM drives, 1080p display, a Blu-ray player, backlit keyboard, and a USB 3.0. socket (along with three of the 2.0 variety). That's what the G74SX-A1 ($1,745) looks like, and there's also a $1,979 version with a 3D display, dubbed the G74SX-3DE. That generally matches what the new $1,899 Qosmio X770 has to offer, though the G74 is the clear winner in the memory department and, well, you can't put a price on taste, right? Hit the source links to pre-order, and find some fancy press shots below that promise not to incinerate your eyeballs with tackiness.
