This position is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the development of CertusBank Sales teammates which includes educational solutions and interventions that are aligned with business strategy and results driven. This includes conducting needs assessments to identify strategically aligned learning and development initiatives and interventions, designing, developing and delivering programs, procuring and managing external suppliers, measuring the business impact and effectiveness of learning solutions, and project managing multiple development solutions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
? Create and execute proactive, best-in-class programs to develop high performing, highly effective and winning sales leaders and professionals ? Create and implement the training strategy to support the sales leaders and professional teammates ? Participate in the annual CertusBank University strategic planning and needs assessment process to identify opportunities for educational interventions to drive the business forward ? Conduct annual needs assessment in program competency areas ? Forecast sales educational resource requirements ? Coordinate, brief, and conduct presentations to senior and C-level executive stakeholders on educational programs ? Ensure sales development initiatives are aligned and integrated with CertusBanks's enterprise talent management processes and systems ? Lead the design, development, and deployment of learning solutions to support the sales area ? Establish and manage learning alliances and strategic partnerships with consultants, college and universities, industry groups and suplliers to develop and/or deliver training ? Provide Performance Consulting and Coaching around the development of sales leaders and professionals ? Partner with others in CertusBank University, Infrastructure and business leaders to meet teammmate development needs ? Develop and administer measurement tools, including businesss impact and ROI, to improve the effectiveness of the sales programs and other learning solutions ? Develop and maintain an external network of contacts for benchmarking, sales development initiatives ? Collaborate and learn with a team of award winning professionals ? Evaluate performance of instructors/facilitators, provide feedback and coach their on-going performance
